These Terms of Service govern your use of the Spin the Wheel application, website, and related services operated by OG Tribe Studios ("we", "us", or "our").

Spin the Wheel may be used through third-party platforms, including Discord. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms, policies, and rules.

We are not responsible for the operation, availability, or policies of third-party platforms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OG Tribe Studios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of Spin the Wheel.

We may suspend or terminate access to Spin the Wheel at any time if we believe a user has violated these Terms or used the service in a harmful or unlawful way.

Your continued use of Spin the Wheel after changes become effective means you agree to the updated Terms.
